Adult Learning

Delving Into Judaism is run by Rabbi Rebecca every Wednesday at 7pm as part of our Learning Hub at FPS.

This class is for those on a path to Judaism as well as those who want to refresh and renew their knowledge.

We also invite all those who have chosen to join the Jewish faith to join this class, in order to get to grips with the rich culture, history, and context of Jewish identity.

Each term, we focus on a different area of Jewish life, exploring the building blocks of Judaism, using a creative lens to delve deeper.

Everyone is welcome. Please contact our administrator at or on 020 8446 4063 if you are interested in joining.

‘The Paradox of Ancient Egypt’ with Michael Lassman; 18th July 9.45am

Cafe Ivriah

What began as a space for parents of children in Ivriah to come together and chat has evolved into a creative and vibrant group for all members of the community.

On a monthly schedule, Café Ivriah takes various guises, but always with the underlying aim of bringing people together for a good conversation!

On the fourth Sunday of the month, we have our walking Café Ivriah, where members get together to walk, chat and drink coffee. Once a month we have a modest book group, where we respond to an article or a chapter of a book. Sometimes we meet on a Shabbat morning before the service to have a good, Jewish conversation.
